Declaration Concerning matter of Bounty, 1897
Law pamphlet on "A Declaration Concerning matter of Bounty, King James 1610," originally printed by Robert Barker in London in 1610. This version
was a facsimile reprint of a copy found in the British Museum and published in London in 1897. A historical discussion at the end of the pamphlet noted
that while using the form of a royal proclamation, it was actually a statement of the common law concerning monopolies, subsequently incorporated in
the Statute of Monopolies.
