edited by T.C. Morgan, 78p., London, Printed for Henry Colburn, 1819. (A eulogy for Sir Samuel Romilly, a Solicitor General who was known for his
attacks on capital punishment for minor felonies and misdemeanors. This homage was criticised at the time of for being too critical of the government.)
