eleven copies, on the best paper, of every new publication: by John Britton, 80p., London, Printed for the author by A.J. Valpy and sold by Longman,
Hurst, Rees, Orme, and Brown, 1814. (A pamphlet published at the beginning of 1814 and distributed to members of Parliament. Along with a copy of the
work, the author sent a personal appeal to support the rights of authors and publishers and documented the taxes involved in supplying copies to eleven
libraries which many considered onerous.)
