The case stated between the public libraries and the booksellers: by John George Cochrane, 32p., London, Printed by J. Moyes, 1813. (This pamphlet,
written by John Cochrane a bookseller, describes the hardship suffered by publishers who were obliged under the Copyright Act of 1709 to supply copies
of their most expensive books to eleven public libraries. The copyright act was eventually amended in 1835 to require publishers to give copies to
only five public libraries. There is no table of contents or index.)
