an index follows p. 468. This work was originally published in printings issued in 1795, 1797 & 1799. From the dating of the preface, Dec, 1796, it
would appear that this CPSIA reprint, from which LLMC’s images derived, was made from the 1797 printing. The Statute of Inrollments of Bargains and
Sales was enacted in 27 Henry VIII, and this reading was delivered by Fearne at Lyon’s-Inn in the year 1778.)
