Memorials of the Discovery and Early Settlement of the Bermudas or Somers Island, 1515-1685, by Major-General J.H. Lefroy and reprinted in 1932, from
books completed in 1876. Apparently this series contained nine volumes, although at present there are only the first two in the collection. Volume 1
covered 1515 to 1652; volume 2 covered 1650 to 1687. Of note, the preface in volume 1 gave a thorough description of the process and contents in
writing these volumes.
