West's House of Lords Reports, 1839-41
Cases from the House of Lords, on appeal from the Courts of Equity, writs of Error in England and Ireland and cases regarding questions of peerage,
from 1839 to 1841. The volume was edited by Martin John West, and published in London in 1842. A table of contents in the beginning of the book
contained cases to page 342; however there is a listing of cases at the end of the volume prior to the index of principal matters.
