Henry Pollexfen’s original manuscripts. Pollexfen was involved in many of the important cases in the latter part of the reign of Charles II and in that of
James II. Although the copies have been criticised as being incorrect regarding pagination and dates, they provide insight about the reporter’s
arguments. A table of cases is included at the beginning of the reports and a subject index at the end.)
