Talbot & Fort's Index of Cases Judicially Noted, 1865-90
George John Talbot and Hugh Fort's Index of Cases Judicially Noted, from 1865-90, published in London in 1891. The index contained a listing of all
cases cited in judgments reported in the Law Report, Law Journal, Law Times and Weekly Reporter (in that order) during that time period. The preface
noted that index only listed the first reference of the case in the reports, which was taken in the order given above.
