Two volume digest of Charles William Mitcalfe Dale and Rudolf Chambers Lehmann's Overruled Cases in the English Courts from 1756 to 1886. Published
in 1887, the preface indicated that these volumes be considered a reference book for cases to determine how various judges considered issues. Volume
1 contained the Table of cases; volume 2 contained the digest, with extracts from judgments. Of note, note every case in the table of cases is
discussed in the digest.
