Reports of the Attorney General of Colorado: 1877/78–, Denver, var. state printers, 1877/78–1966. (The Office of Attorney General existed during the time of the Jefferson Territory, was provided for by Congress in the Colorado territory Government, and was enshrine3d in the statehood constitution of 1876. Biennial reports began in 1877/78 and A.G. opinions began to be included with the 1889/90 report. The fact that in many of the states there were differing patterns of publication for the A.G reports and opinions makes for a confusing literature. To minimize confusion in its online offerings, LLMC has chosen to group all of the U.S. state attorney generals’ reports and opinions in two separate series for each state. For the Colorado A.G. Opinions, see the separate Opinions series elsewhere on this site.)
