Attorney General Reports, 1883/84-
|
|
Reports of the Attorney General of Arizona: 1883/84–, Phoenix, var. state printers, 1864–. The office of Attorney General functioned intermittently during the Arizona Territory days. While the A.G. may have issued annual or biennial reports, the first known report to have survived dates from 1883/84. Regular publication of both reports and opinions seems to have begun with the biennial reports for 1915/16. No report was published in 1919/20, and no reports or opinions were published between 1921-26 and 1944-52. The fact that in many of the states there were differing patterns of publication for the A.G reports and opinions makes for a confusing literature. To minimize confusion in its online offerings, LLMC has chosen to group all of the U.S. state attorney generals’ reports and opinions in two separate series for each state. For the Arizona A.G. Opinions, see the separate Opinions series elsewhere on this site.) (Documents that were part of the Early State Records collection were digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Arizona State Library).
