The Trust Territory Court Reports: 1951-¬1988, Vol. 1–8, Oxford, NH, Equity Publishing Company, 1969–88, all published. (The judiciary in the TTPI
was organized into a High Court, with trial and appellate divisions, District Courts, and Community Courts. The trial division of the High Court handled
all major cases, sitting regularly with a single judge, on a circuit-riding basis in the different districts: Majuro, Palau, Ponape, Saipan, Truk, &
Yap. This series covers all of the appellate reports of the High Court and selected opinions of the trial division. As of March 2011, LLMC’s holdings
of this title contained V.3, 1965-68; V.4, 1968-69; V.5, 1970-72; V.6, 1972-74; V.7, 1974-78; & V.8, 1979-88.)
