the Panama Canal Press (Mount Hope, C.Z. 1922). 322 p. Contents of this publication include an Introduction; Acts of the Isthmian Canal Commission
and Ordinances of the Commission, with chronological lists of acts and ordinances; and an index. A preliminary note reads: “Compiled and Annotated by J.
J. McGuigan, under direction of the Governor, The Panama Canal, 1921.” The introduction explains the contents of this volume, including 24 previously
published Acts and ordinances that had not been published before in book form, and amendments thereto; and the date the Commission ceased to exist,
March 14, 1914, to be succeeded by the organization of The Panama Canal.
