(While published from 1900–1904, the several books scanned were issued in irregular order. This reprint covers the two early Virginia Supreme Court nominatives {Jefferson, General Court, 1730–40 & 1768–72; and Wythe's Chancery, 1788–99}, as well as the Virginia Reports, Vol. 1–74, 1790–1880. The two early nominatives are contained in reprint book 1. The Virginia Reports series is contained in reprint books 1–26. The early nominative reports renumbered into the Vol. 1–58 series of the Virginia Reports are: Washington, 2 vols.; Va. Crim. Cases, 2; Call, 6, Hening & Mumford, 4; Mumford, 6; Gilmer, 1; Randolph, 6; Leigh, 12; Robinson, 2; and Grattan, 33. On-line users are alerted to the fact that each of the 26 books of the reprint edition contains from 2 to 6 volumes of the original works. Although “star pagination” to the originals appears within the texts throughout, LLMC's on-line tagging follows the bottom-of-the-page pagination of the reprint edition. )
