Two copies of the Constitutionalist, or the amendments of the Constitution of Vermont which were proposed by the Council of Censors during their 1813-1814 sessions. These were supported by the writing and opinions of U.S. Supreme Court Associate Judge James Wilson, as well as other citizens. The document was published in Montpelier in 1814.
