The Constitution of the State of Vermont, as established by the General Convention held at Windsor from July 2-December 3, 1777, presumably printed in 1777 in Hartford by Watson and Goodwin. Of note, the Constitution reviewed the history of the dispute of New Hampshire and New York. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the Vermont State Library).
