Dudley, vii+xvi+iii+375p, Columbia, S.C., I.C. Morgan, 1838, all publ. (Both Dudley’s Law and his Equity Reports for the period 1837-38 were issued together
bound in one book, but with each supposed to have its own title page and separate indexes and pagination; making them two unique titles. However, in
the copy scanned by LLMC, the binder uses the “Equity title page” twice, both in its proper place and as the tp of the law volume. It is not known how
common this mistake was with regard to other copies issued.)
