1 (by Hiram H. Shenk, Archivist) states that this series consists of reprints of six volumes: I-III were printed and sold at Philadelphia by B.
Franklin and D. Hall in 1752, 1753 and 1754; volumes IV-VI were printed and sold at Philadelphia by Henry Miller in 1774, 1775 and 1776.
