county records, including Minutes of the Board of Property and other references to lands; Caveat books, 1748-1784; List of Philadelphia “Old rights”;
state of the accounts of the county lieutenants during the War of Revolution, 1777-1789; Observations on the revolution published by a resolution of the
Congress, 1779; table for the payment of principal and interest of loans agreeable to official proclamations; Commissions issued by the province of
Pennsylvania with official proclamations; Constitution of the Commonwealth, 1790; minutes of the convention of 1776; minutes of the Council of Censors
and other tax lists, 1779-1786; proprietary, supply and state tax lists for Philadelphia city and county, Lancaster, Chester, Bucks, Berks, Cumberland,
Northampton and Northumberland counties; returns of taxables from Bedford, Huntingdon, Westmoreland, Fayette, Allegheny, Washington counties; muster
rolls of navy and line, militia and rangers, 1775-1783, with list of pensioners, 1818-1832; Cumberland County militia; and warranties of land in the
several counties, 1730-1898. Vols. 1-10 have separate indexes. Vols. 27-30 contain index to vols. 11-26. Vol. 27 also includes separate indexes and
tables of contents to volumes. An appendix volume contains historical maps. Above description is to vol. 1; names of editors, Commonwealth secretaries
