March 18, 1823 pamphlet written to the freemen of Orange County by seven fellow citizens (Samuel Child being the first named). Included was a review of the various resolution regarding a convention to revise and amend the constitution of the state. The authors then argued for a more equal distribution of representatives within the counties of the state, as freemen were entitled to equal rights.
