1852 Senate bill reapportioning the House of Commons representatives by counties. The document included a chart listing the number of
representatives per county, based on the ratio of 6,520 citizens (based on federal population) per member. A recapitulation of the process to determine the
apportionment was also included. This version slightly varied in its apportionment from that in LLMC #21830. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles
