1773, Adjudicated proceedings concerning lands west of Conn. River
1773 Narrative report of the proceedings subsequent to the royal adjudication, concerning the lands to the west of the Connecticut River, which were
claimed by New Hampshire, along with various remark regarding New Hampshire's "claim, behavior, and misrepresentation." This document was intended as
an appendix to the New York General Assembly's State of the Right of New York, with respect to its eastern boundary on the Connecticut River and in
response to New Hampshire's determination (and encroachment) regarding same in its 1773 session. An appendix which contained various grants, acts and
other "proof" regarding New Hampshire's encroachment, followed the report. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the New York
