Two reports of a committee of His Majesty's Council for the Province of New-York, which dealt with the controversy over the boundary line between New York and New Jersey. These reports were published in 1754 in New York, by order of Governor James De Lancey. Of note, the New York – New Jersey Line War was a series of skirmishes and raids that took place for over half a century between 1701 and 1765 at the disputed border between the Provinces of New York and of New Jersey.
