1762-03-31, Land dispute with Mass.
March 31, 1762 Broadside issued by Lt. Gov. Cadwallader Colden; this proclamation detailed a dispute between Robert Livingston and various
"evil-minded" persons who were claiming his property as part of Massachusetts. The order required law officials of Albany and Detchefs counties to capture
these men and bring them to justice. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the New York Historical Society Library).
