March 8, 1759 act from the General Assembly of Connecticut, which ordered that is there was insufficient numbers of troops for the next campaign not
be reached by April 15th, there would be a conscription with the proportions and quota indicated in the act. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title

Title:   At a General Assembly of the governor and Company of His Majesty's English colony of Connecticut, in New-England, in America ; holden at Hartford, (by special order of His Honour the governor) on the eighth day of March, 1759 : an act, for the speedy completing the levies ordered to be raised in this colony, for the ensuing campaign.
