compilation contains statutes in force including those passed by the 1865 session of the General Assembly. The preface contains a detailed history of
the publication of Connecticut statutes. The general arrangement duplicates the titles used in the 1849 and new titles were added when the subject was
not contained in that compilation. A Table of Contents (p.vii) and an index (p.745) are included.)
