1818, Journal of the Constitutional Convention
Journal of the Proceedings of the Connecticut Congress of Delegates for the purpose of forming a Constitution, which was convened in Hartford in

formed the bulk of this document, although the resolution calling for the convention, a list of votes and other proceedings were also included.
