Treasury Office. Statement on Warren Bridge repairs and agent's salary, 1842
SEE ALSO 53633 On February 7, 1842, the Treasurer of the Commonwealth was directed to report on the amount paid for repairs on the Warren Bridge
and the salary of its agent for each year it had been open for travel. The Treasurer sent the data on February 8, 1842, running from 1837-1841. The
cost of repairs escalated steadily, but the agent's salary fluctuated. In 1841, a Commission was paid to produce a plan for the bridge. The total for
all was $18,450. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
Title:   Ordered, that the Treasurer of the Commonwealth furnish a statement of the amount which has been paid for repairs of Warren Bridge, and for the salary of agent of the said Bridge, in each year since the same was opened for public travel ... .
