price limits on certain goods, the procedure to be used to effectively carry out these limits, and punishments for those not abiding same. (Digitized

Title:   Proceedings of the convention begun and held at Concord, in the county of Middlesex, in and for the state of Massachusetts-Bay, on the 14th day of July, 1779, for the purpose of carrying into effect the several interesting and important measures recommended by Congress, to the inhabitants of the United-States, in their late wise, seasonable and animating address.
