townships, 1866. The costs of repair would be assessed at the county level.
Forty-fifth Legislature. House. No. 23. The Committee on the Judiciary
submitted amendments: A. Assessments would be made when there was satisfactory evidence the roads needed repair. B. Assessments would be made on all
