House. Comm. on Elections. Report on remonstrances of H.K. Bradbury v. H.A. Usher, 1864
Forty-third Legislature. House. No. 7. The Committee on Elections reported on H. K. Bradbury's challenge to H. A. Usher's claim to a House seat.
Each man produced a certified list of voters in the district; it was determined that there were 37 illegal votes. After considerable discussion, those
votes were discarded and the Committee declared Bradbury the winner. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Maine State
