1858 Report of the Committee on Commerce and Manufactures which examined the affairs of the Board of Health of New Orleans, and the Resident Physician at Quarantine Station. While finding expenditures properly indicated in the books, the committee made various recommendations to reduce expenditures and onerous taxation.
