Journal of the proceeding of the Florida Convention begun on October 25, 1865 in Tallahassee. It was published by the Office of the Floridian, and printed by Dyke & Sparhawk in 1865. Included in an appendix was a proclamation by President Andrew Johnson appointing William Marvin as Provisional Governor, as well as a draft constitution and other documents.
