The tables report assets and liabilities, income and expenses reported by individual debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases; and data including time intervals from case filing to disposition, cases with reaffirmation agreements, cases closed by dismissal or plan completion, cases with creditor misconduct, and cases with sanctions and damages imposed on debtors’ attorneys.
