Forty-fifth Legislature. Senate. No. 29. The Committee on the Judiciary submitted: An Act additional to chapter sixty-one of the Revised Statutes
and to the laws added additional thereto relating to married women, 1866. The contract of a married woman was binding on her alone. Her separate
property was liable to attachment, but she could not be arrested as part of an execution of judgment. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title
