Forty-fifth Legislature. House. No. 60. The Committee on the Judiciary submitted: An Act to amend chapter eighteen of the Revised Statutes
relating to ways, 1866. The last paragraph of section sixty-one of chapter eighteen was revised to say that if someone lost their life because of a road
problem, then those who were supposed to maintain the road were liable for recovery by the administrator of the estate. (Digitized from a microfilm
