SEE ALSO 56187 Thirty-ninth Legislature. House. No. 28. An Act additional to chapter forty-seven of the Revised Statutes on banks and savings
institutions, 1860. The Bank and Insurance Commissioner could complain to the Supreme Judicial Court about five specific bank transgressions. The Court
could restrain the bank from operation and the Commissioner could appoint and supervise receivers for the bank. Three other sections, with no
