1841? Report of the Committee on the Militia Laws which proposed a reorganization system for the large number of militia members. Included in its resolution was a requirement that only the 18 to under 25 year old members would be required to be armed and trained for duty. The remainder would pay a fee and attend annually. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
