1829? Report of the House Committee who reviewed various memorials on colonizing the free people of color of Virginia. The committee concurred that the colonization was an appropriate cause and resolved that it was "expedient to provide for the[ir] removal," as well as to appropriate supporting money, using the annual revenue from the sale of convicts.
