1822 Letter from John G. Jackson in response to the Board of Public Works report and the letters of E.S. Duncan and Benjamin Wilson, Sr. regarding the Monongalia Navigation Company. Mr. Jackson addressed this letter to the General Assembly in order to defend himself from the accusations by the Board regarding various payments and receipts.
