An Address to the People of South Carolina which was read by Governor Robert J. Turnbull, as adopted by the Convention of the State of South Carolina beginning in November 1832. This addressed espoused the nullification of the federal tariffs imposed on imported goods and the refusal to pay duties within the borders of South Carolina.
