September 28, 1789 John Sullivan's proclamation setting November 26th as a day of public thanksgiving for the good harvest, peace, and other blessings. Of note, the middle of the proclamation has a tear so that a small part is missing from the document. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the New Hampshire Historical Society).
