Manuscript acts passed from 1702-1711? by the Connecticut General Assembly. These acts included a diversity of topics, including the requirement of segregating persons with infectious diseases (such as small pox) from the rest of the citizens; requiring those presenting evidence in criminal cases must give an oath and testify, so face jail; as well as recreating a process to report and punish those who assault others.
