Pamphlet beginning "To all whom these presents may concern," and printed in New York in 1713. The document argued in support of the Crown and the taxes needed to support the king. The document is critical of those who were so not disposed to support the English government, warning that if the Assembly does not "settle a revenue and that speedily,...it will be settled to your hands."
