1777-04-01, New York Conv. of Reps. Resolution concerning trial for treason
April 1, 1777 resolutions issued by the Convention of the Representatives of the State of New York regarding the method and punishment for treason of
those persons working on behalf of the British. These persons would be tried and punished by martial law of the Continental Army or state militia.
