Laws of the State of New York from the first to the seventh sessions of the Senate and Assembly following the Declaration of Independence and the organization of New York as a state, from 1777 to 1784. The volume has a first section, with coverage from 1777 to 1782, and a supplemental addition from 1782 to 1784. There are annotations provided in the margins. A note following the first table of contents stated that there was an autograph (somewhat illegible) of Daniel D. Tompkins, fourth governor of New York (1807-1817), and Vice President during John Quincy Adams administration on page 3, which follows on the next page.
