The 1846 New York Constitutional Convention debates and proceedings, reported by S. Croswell and R. Sutton reporters for the Argus, and published by
the Albany Argus in 1846. The edition contained the daily proceedings of the convention, with all reports and propositions, as well as speeches,
arguments, debates and votes and other statistical memoranda. The 1777 and 1821 New York State constitutions and amendments are also included, as well as
