1838-1839, Journal of a convention of delegates
A journal of the proceedings of the convention of delegates charged with forming a Florida Constitution. The convention was held in St. Joseph,
Florida in 1838-1839 pursuant to an act of the Governor and Legislative Council of the Territory of Florida, which was passed in 1838. At the end of the
journal of the proceedings, there was attached a draft copy of the constitution. The journal and draft was printed in St. Joseph at the "Times"
