Articles of a Treaty between the United States and the Potawatamie Tribe of Indians of the Prairie and Kaukakee, October 20, 1832, 7 Stat. 378-381. (
Articles of a Treaty between the United States and the Potawatamies in which they ceded the land to the United States described in Article I. In
consideration the United States agreed to pay the Indians an annuity of $15,000 for twenty years. The Tribe was also to receive $5,000 in merchandise
after the signing and $30,000 in merchandise in 1833. The treaty was concluded at Camp Tippecanoe in the State of Indiana on October 20, 1832.)

Davis and Marks Crume, commissioners on the part of the United States of the one part, and the chiefs and headmen of the Potawatamie Tribe of Indians of the Prairie and Kaukakee, of the other part.
